After years of struggling to innovate new revenue streams in a declining market, we discovered LaunchPath Innovation. LaunchPath Clarifies the Path Forward in Less Than 2 Weeks
Telogical has always enjoyed a highly innovative culture but we have traditionally lacked the structure, process, and discipline of a formal innovation system. The result: lots of great ideas for new products and services, but very limited follow through.
Early in 2015, we engaged LaunchPath to help us with this challenge and I was really impressed with their process. In less than two weeks, they:
