Andrew is the CEO of Telogical Systems, Chairman of the Board of Project Horse, and one of Gray's best friends and advisors since 1995 when he dared to give Gray a job in corporate America.

Laura discovered the power of scalable innovation at the age of 14 when she created a line of audio books for the blind by borrowing six different audio cassette recorders from friends and family and having her 3 younger brothers and sister push all the record buttons at once as she began to read aloud. That early foray into the world of social ventures would prove a harbinger of Laura's long and fruitful work as a social intrapreneur within the domain of education, where she successfully created, launched, and operated a variety of innovative new programs that positively impacted education within the State of South Carolina on a local, regional, and statewide level.

In January of 2014, Laura attended one of Gray's free, weekend-long, Entrepreneur Boot Camps for aspiring high-impact entrepreneurs, saw the potential to expand the reach of the program, and became an invaluable collaborator in both the expansion of the 365 Days to Launch entrepreneur development program and the development of LaunchPath, which, in many ways, was inspired by her vision.
