After years of struggling to innovate new revenue streams in a declining market, we discovered LaunchPath Innovation. After one brief meeting, they were able to translate our somewhat vague aspirations into a concrete plan. Next, they did a fantastic job of training our employees on business ideation and evaluation techniques that significantly improved our ability to identify promising ideas. Most recently, they led a 5-week "Innovation Challenge" that generated more new product ideas than we have had in years.

We are now in the process of further refining and evaluating those ideas to see if any of them are truly investment worthy, but what is clear is that:
